Owner’s Representative & Project Manager for proposed new 107,632 gross square foot 22 story, 182 room hotel on Duffield Street in downtown Brooklyn.

Responsibilities included management of design team, pre-construction tests and surveys, project budgeting, project scheduling, issue management and resolution and convening of regularly scheduled project meetings.

237 Duffield Street is a hotel project being developed in Downtown Brooklyn by V3 Hotels. 237 Duffield Street will be branded as an InterContinental Hotel Indigo. This exciting development project consists of 182 hotel rooms supplemented by 2 beautiful indoor and outdoor bar & lounge spaces as well as over 7,500 square feet of bi-level retail space in a 22 story tower. The design of 237 Duffield Street will feature a seamless blend of ergonomics and urbanity featuring glass and natural light throughout, creating an elegance that complements its surroundings with class and distinction. A notable feature of the hotel is the main entrance that will serve as a fully appointed art gallery which will also lend art to guest floors. This unique gallery space will feature NYC artists and installations with a rotating curatorial system designed to showcase the vast diversity of artists that it will represent. In addition, Hotel Indigo Brooklyn will boast one of the best views of the NYC skyline from our rooftop lounge space located on the 22nd floor which can be enjoyed year-round.
