Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for 120,000 SF, 12 story out-of-the-ground new residential building on 4th Avenue in Brooklyn between Atlantic Avenue and Pacific Street. Project includes 1st floor retail plus 3 levels below grade.
Provided lead role to Owner in all phases of project including design consultation, project budgeting, and pre-construction planning. Oversaw separate track of demolition of existing structure on the property, including retaining separate design professional, negotiation of neighbor agreements, Review and approval process of demolition plan by MTA, DoT, and DoB. Bidding of demolition work, awarded and negotiated demo contract, and oversaw demolition.
Acted as lead contact person in addressing complaints raised by neighbors during demolition and responding to mitigate their concerns and issues.
