Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for 8 story, 94 unit, 205,000 gross square foot new residential building on Crown Street between Troy & Albany in Brooklyn NY.

Project consists of primarily 3, 4 & 5 bedroom units. Amenities include a 67 space parking garage, 94 storage units, fitness club and ground floor synagogue with separate street entrance.

Provided lead role to owner in all phases of project including design, project budgeting, pre-construction, bidding of general contractor, contract negotiations, scheduling, oversight of construction, and project close out. Prepared monthly requisitions for owner review and approval and subsequent submission and review by construction lender.

Assisted owner in 421a tax abatement filing, condominium offering plan and bank financing package.
