Owner’s Representative and Project Manager’s for full gut rehab of 26 Story, 50,000 square foot residential building at 67 Livingston Street in Brooklyn, NY. Renovation work created 21 full floor units and 1 duplex penthouse unit. Scope of renovation included full building demolition, new windows, new electrical service and distribution, new HVAC, new plumbing and sprinkler, Local Law 11 work, new roof, new elevators, new amenity spaces, complete new unit layouts, new kitchens and full condo level finishes.

Provided lead role to owner in all phases of project including design, project budgeting, pre-construction, bidding of general contractor, contract negotiations, scheduling, oversight of construction, project close out and marketing efforts.
