Provided lead role to Owner in all phases of preliminary planning including design consultation, Zoning Change Application, Subdivision Application, Surrounding Village Approval/Waiver Applications, New York State Department of Environmental Control Application, Town of Hempstead Engineering Applications for Water & Sewer, and Nassau County Planning Commission Application. Managed Traffic Report Study and SEQRA study and for the project.
