Have completed Ten (10) New York City Pass Through Projects for $52 million dollars over a twelve year period including the BAM Rose Cinemas, BAM Exterior Restoration, and Glass Canopy. Scope of work to included formulation of design team, design management, overall budget and cost control, RFP/selection of CM or GC for individual projects, management of New York City contract registration process, NYC approval process of sub-contractors, requisition process, and construction oversight.
