Scope for the 19 story, 250,000 square foot hotel was to consist of a complete renovation of building systems, guest rooms, amenity spaces and public areas.
Provided project budgeting, conceptual design review and overall scheduling of proposed project. Provided support to ownership, strategic planning and cost benefit analysis of extensive renovation.
