Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for 5 story boutique out-of-the-ground new residential building at 192 7th Avenue South. The structure consists of single floor units with separate residential entrance and ground floor retail. Provided lead role to owner in all phases of project including design, landmarks review process, project budgeting, pre-construction, bidding of general contractor, contract negotiations, scheduling, oversight of construction and project close out. Managed monthly requisition process and change order review.
