Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for international Owner for a complete gut rehabilitation of 72 Wall Street. The 19 story building was built in 1926 as Seamen’s Bank for Savings headquarters. The current structure was combined with the old Post Office building on Pine Street for its current 248,000+ square foot office building last used by AIG.
Renovation of the building from its former office use to a 269 room hotel with Ballroom, Conference Center, and hotel amenities. Project responsibilities include the planning, design and construction document stage, carried through approvals, budgeting, bidding, contract negotiations, scheduling, financial management, followed by base building construction. Scope includes full interior demo, new windows, LL 11, new elevators, all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, fire alarm, audio/video/telecom/data, security, and full build out of finished hotel spaces.
