359 2nd Ave – Gramercy

Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for 97,193 sf, 13 story, 53 unit out-of-the-ground new residential building on 2nd Avenue between 21st and 22nd Street in the Gramercy neighborhood of Manhattan. 

Provided lead role to owner in all phases of project including design, project budgeting, pre-construction, bidding of Construction Manager, contract negotiations, scheduling, oversight of construction, project close out and marketing efforts.
