Stanhope - 995 5th Avenue

Owner’s Representative for investment partner in gut renovation of 995 5th Avenue, formerly known as the Stanhope. Scope consisted of complete renovation and remolding of 15 story building into 26 luxury apartments.

Provided project budgeting, design review, contract/subcontract review and overall scheduling of project as it progressed through construction phase. Provided support to ownership and strategic planning relative to the potential sale of the project.
