Complete demolition and reconstruction of upper two floors and complete rehabilitation of lower floors for Non-Profit institution with a restricted budget. (Funding through NYC Department of Cultural Affairs and contract administered by NYC Economic Development Corporation) An abandoned building, last used as an out-patient facility by the State of New York, was purchased by MMDG and completely renovated to include administrative offices, locker rooms, ancillary space and three dance studios, including the largest clear span Dance Studio in New York City. Milagros & Associates has continued its work with MMDG and is currently completing a third expansion project with funding through NYC DCA and administration through NYC DDC.
