Museum of Jewish Heritage

Provided pre-development, pre-construction and design management services to a Living Memorial to the Holocaust – The Museum of Jewish Heritage in Battery Park City. The 110,000 square foot new East Wing contains changing exhibit galleries, event hall, 360 seat theatre, resource center, administrative offices, main entrance and ancillary support areas. Scope of work included formulation of design team, design management, overall budget and cost control, RFP/selection of CM for pre-construction services and management of government funding.
