The addition of six floors to an existing building for archival storage to the five member institutions of Jewish scholarship, history and art. (American Jewish Historical Society, American Sephardi Federation, Leo Baeck Institute, Yeshiva University Museum and the YIVO Institute for Jewish Research.) (Funding through NYC Department of Cultural Affairs and contract administered by NYC Department of Design & Construction) Providing Owner’s Representation services for all aspects of the project involving New York City funding for the six story, 10,000 gross square foot addition. Responsibilities include the New York City contract registration process, NYC approval process of sub-contractors, requisition process, and construction oversight of balance of work yet to be performed.
