Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for gut renovation of 25 story, 264 unit residential building on 8th Avenue in Manhattan.
Scope of renovation included complete remolding of apartments with new kitchens and baths, renovation of all corridors, new lobby, new roof terrace, new rear garden, new fitness center, complete elevator rehabilitation and new elevator cabs. Exterior work included new windows, complete local law 11 work and new roof.
Provided lead role to owner in all phases of project including design, project budgeting, pre-construction, bidding of general contractor, contract negotiations, scheduling, oversight of construction and project close out. Prepared monthly requisitions for owner review and approval and subsequent submission and review by construction lender.
