Jewish Children's Museum

Owner’s Representative and Project Management for all aspects of this new Children’s Museum. The new six story 50,000 square foot facility houses Interactive Exhibits, space for community programs, administrative offices and a banquet hall. The six story, 50,000 square foot, out of the ground facility is located at the intersection of Eastern Parkway and Kingston Avenue in Brooklyn. In addition to construction oversight, responsibilities include the New York City contract registration process, NYC approval process of sub-contractors, requisition process, as well as management of NY Empire State Development funding and Dormitory Authority of the State of New York Funding.
