Lower East Side Girls Club

Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for the Lower East Side Girls Club new home located at 1010 Ave D between East 7th & 8th Street. The new 30,0000 square foot development for LESGC consists of 3 floors that will house a Planetarium, Classrooms for College and Career preparation, a double story Library, Art, Dance and Yoga Studios, Podcasting/Radio Station, Physical Fitness & Wellness Center, Photography/Digital Media Center, Environmental Learning Labs and a new professional kitchen and street front café for LESGC’a award winning Sweet Things Bakery. Services included review and negotiation of Development Agreement with Dermot, development partner with LESGC and responsible for the 9 story 78 unit residential building atop LESGC’s facility. Participated in strategic planning for $9.6 million of Capital funding for LESGC from NYC as well as funding structures with HPD, HDC, and New Market Tax Credit (NMTC)
