Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for the renovation of the former Brooklyn 75th Precinct Station House at 486 Liberty Avenue in Brooklyn to a new Transitional Housing Facility for Women. The project includes an 8,000 square foot addition for a total of 34,200 square foot buildings.
Provided lead role to the owner in all phases of the project including design, project budgeting, pre-construction, bidding of Construction Manager, contract negotiations, scheduling, oversight of construction and project closeout.
