Complete demolition of an existing residential brownstone and construction of a mixed use facility for the new home of The Chabad House of the Upper East Side. Schedule and reduction of proposed cost by CM were key concerns for this Non-Profit institution with a restricted budget for a mix use 17,000 gsf project. Full Owner’s Representative and Project Management Services were provided for Scheduling, Budgeting, Value Engineering, Bidding for General Contracting, Contract Negotiation and Close Out Services.
